President's Day, 2004.  Sunny, 3-5 mph W breeze.  It got up to 28 degrees.  Snow pack was at an all time high for Sioux City, about 27 inches.

 

Third Ridge Panorama View.

A creek is below. This valley opens the vista to the northwest.

Panorama 1 over the Big Sioux River.

We are on the second ridge. The view looks into South Dakota across the Big Sioux River. Haze today. Normally you can see a good 10 miles.

To the left is Hwy 12 going south. The center of the picture is due west. The right side looks to the northwest.
