My 40th Central High School reunion, June 21, 2003, at the Convention Center in Sioux City, Iowa. It was great to see the old group. Curiously, a number of locals failed to show. I enjoyed it immensely. Everyone's personality is now tempered and refined. It was easy to converse with people I held in awe in high school. I hope they enjoyed my company as much as I enjoyed theirs.
We had an informal Friday night, and then a dinner the following night...complete with the obligatory rehashing of old stories and presentation of old groups...like the flag twirlers.
