The first weekend in May is the Norfolk, NE, Master Gardener plant sale and educational lectures. I always like to go, if I can. Bluebird Nursery is a welcome side trip. The nursery has a retail outlet where you can buy many unusual plants. Bluebird is owned by Harlan Hamernik, and is a HUGE wholesale nursery, well known in the retail trade. They ship plants worldwide.
